As a John L. Scott broker, my mission is transactional excellence and client satisfaction. That means I work tirelessly to make your home buying or selling process as efficient, stress-free and lucrative for you as possible.
Meet Nathan
I am a second-generation realtor who has spent my entire life in and around the industry. I began my real estate career in 2005, and currently am based out of John L. Scott Real Estate in Port Orchard. After meeting my wife in college in Los Angeles we moved back home to the northwest, and we have been loving it here ever since.
I am a residential housing specialist who often helps clients in areas including Port Orchard, Bremerton, Gig Harbor, Silverdale, Poulsbo, Belfair, Kingston and Indianola. The clients I’ve served in my 16 years of experience include all sorts of buyers and sellers – including first-time home buyers, relocating families, military transfers and more. I’ve sold waterfront luxury properties, vacation cabins in the woods, new construction and a 100+ year old craftsman home.
My passion for my clients is rooted in the belief that honesty and forthrightness are the key to a smooth, enjoyable home sale experience. My ability to navigate a volatile and often-rapidly changing housing climate is rooted in experience, knowledge, and a deep respect for my clients and their needs.
Clients often say they appreciate the foundation of trust I earn with them through my honesty, integrity and hard work. If I do not know the answer to a question I will say so, and then work hard to get the best and most accurate answer as quickly as possible. I want my clients to know that helping them with their housing needs and leaving them not just satisfied – but thrilled with the experience is my driving goal in real estate.
Outside of real estate, I’m passionate about music, the outdoors and sports. I'm a trained performing musician, an avid hiker/camper, and a huge sports fan, particularly baseball. I've run/written about the sport for the last 10 years, which has led to me becoming a published author and semi-regular radio guest!
Port Orchard
Living in Port Orchard is like having your cake and eating it too. We enjoy a friendly, small town vibe, but all that the Seattle Metro area has to offer is ferry ride away. Locals are proud of our hometown and we work together to make the city better every day. Many of the shops and restaurants downtown are run by small business owners who put their heart and souls into their work. The city has invested in infrastructure too, revitalizing older buildings, creating walking trails, and building skateboard and dog parks. Because we’re on a peninsula, we’re surrounded by water, and all of the activities it provides. Kayaking, boating or just enjoying views of Seattle and the Olympic mountains from our beautiful beaches and docks are here for the taking. Because Port Orchard is located in Kitsap County, which has large naval presence and we’re near joint base Lewis McChord, our community is very supportive of the men and women of our military as well as their families. Some homes here have waterfront access. Many more have views of the water as well as Seattle and the Olympics. Some are on lots with tons of acerage. But no matter what kind of home you are searching for, Port Orchard is a tight-knit community that is eager to welcome you. If you’d like to learn more about Port Orchard, let us know We’d love to show you around and help you find your perfect home.
